Training content creation consists a major part of our activities. Such content is initially created in a "generic" form and included in our content database for use in our respective services. Generic content is created in different topics and it is related to the training needs of different target sectors and sub sectors (e.g. aviation and flight training schools or air carriers respectively). The categories and respective topics for which generic content has already been created can be seen at the Side Menu. For each topic, a brief content profile is provided with information on the training aim, subjects covered, intended use, prerequisites, completion examinations (whenever applicable) etc.
"To be useful to our customers, the training content must be tailor made to their specific knowledge and skill development requirements, cover in total the needs of the intended application and integrate measuring mechanisms of the training progress and the final outcome". This consists the cornerstone of our philosophy as we strongly believe that each customer has a unique profile determined by organizational, operational and personnel characteristics which any training process should take into account. Therefore, our created generic content is reusable, it can serve as a "base" to expedite content development but it cannot be the actual content supplied to the customer without small or large scale adaptations as those determined through the Training Needs Analysis. The latter is a methodology helping us with training content analysis to specify the characteristics and requirements which the content must comply with.
Once the content analysis is completed, the desired training content is specified and design works can start. Content design and development are interrelated stages of the content creation process. Testing during development often requires design modifications to arrive in an "optimum" result.
